Shipping, Cancellation and Return Policy
1. When will my order arrive?
Our delivery time is usually 2-7 working days within India, depending upon your location in the country. Most orders are delivered within 4 working days.
2. What are your shipping charges?
We offer FREE delivery in India for prepaid orders above INR 500
For prepaid orders below INR 500, a minimal shipping charges of INR 49 is levied.
CASH ON DELIVERY
A minimal shipping charges of INR 49 is levied irrespective of the order value.
3. My order has arrived damaged. What to do?
If you receive a damaged product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID and a picture of the product. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
4. My footwear doesn't fit me well. How can I exchange the size?
All footwear orders are processed only after size confirmation on call. But incase you still experience a size misfit, we offer free of cost exchange. Please mail us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID explaining the issue or call our customer care at +91-8587072730.
Please note that this is not applicable to footwear bought during Promotional Sales. If your product was bought under any sale and there are size issues, kindly refer to point no.5 (mentioned below) for the procedure to exchange it for different size.
5. I don't like the product as much OR I have changed my mind OR I don't want to keep the product. What to do?
If unfortunately you decide to not keep the product, please inform us via mail within 3 days of delivery and courier the product to the following address- (after carefully packing it so that it doesn't break in transit)

Once we receive the product, we would inspect it and issue you a coupon code of the same product value within 7 days of receiving your return. You can shop for that amount anytime in the future. However, Please note
- This is not applicable to products bought during Promotional Sales. There is NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND policy for Promotional Sales.
- If we receive the product damaged, NO reimbursement of any sort will be issued. Nor will the parcel/product shipped back to you again.
- Lighters or Notebooks are not covered under Return Policy.
6. How do I cancel my order?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by mailing us, mentioning your order ID.
- If we receive your cancellation request before we have dispatched your order, we will refund the entire amount within 10 working days of date of cancellation.
- If we receive your cancellation request AFTER your order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
- We ship COD orders only after confirmation from the customer, hence we do not accept cancellations at any time after order dispatch.
